Nei Gong & Qi Gong - Back to Spring

Learn the Wu Dang Hui Chun exercise designed to work with and balance your body's energy system. This form is best used first thing in the morning, either during the rising morning sun or when you have just got out of bed, before breakfast. The practice significantly enhances the balance of the whole body harmonizing the organs for internal balance.

The Western world have diluted many of the Nei Gong, Qi Gong and Tai Chi forms / exercises, reducing their impact on the body. In this workshop, you will experience the true teaching of the Chinese way without going to China, learning on my unique and proven teaching approach and practices learned from 18 years of experience.

Qi Gong - Turtle (Kidneys)

This workshop covers one of the Wu Xing Nei Gong five animals, the Turtle. Turtle Qi Gong works on the Kidney Meridian and when incorporating Nei Gong (internal work) and body alignment, helps to balance, harmonies the internal working of the organ allowing you then to feel the benefits.

Qi Gong - Snake (Lungs)

This workshop covers one of the Wu Xing Nei Gong five animals, the Snake. Snake Qi Gong works on the Lung Meridian and when incorporating Nei Gong (internal work) and body alignment, helps to balance, harmonies the internal working of the organ allowing you then to feel the benefits.

Qi Gong - Crane (Heart)

This workshop covers one of the Wu Xing Nei Gong five animals, the Crane. Crane Qi Gong works on the Heart Meridian and when incorporating Nei Gong (internal work) and body alignment, helps to balance, harmonies the internal working of the organ allowing you then to feel the benefits.

Qi Gong - Tiger (Stomach)

This workshop covers one of the Wu Xing Nei Gong five animals, the Tiger. Tiger Qi Gong works on the Stomach Meridian and when incorporating Nei Gong (internal work) and body alignment, helps to balance, harmonies the internal working of the organ allowing you then to feel the benefits.

Qi Gong - Dragon (Liver)

This workshop covers one of the Wu Xing Nei Gong five animals, the Dragon. Dragon Qi Gong works on the Liver Meridian and when incorporating Nei Gong (internal work) and body alignment, helps to balance, harmonies the internal working of the organ allowing you then to feel the benefits.

It gives you an hour all to yourself, no noise, no interruptions, no demands on you from others. Just the opportunity to relax, be at peace with yourself and heal all the physical, emotional and mental stress you have been subjected to throughout the day.

Using creative visualisation and sound therapy techniques you will learn to relax your body and mind, heal your emotions and begin to feel totally at peace with yourself and the world again. Many people state that following meditation, they have a good night’s sleep and wake up feeling relaxed, rested and energised.
